Built by an Operator, grounded in reality.
ClearSignal was not built in a boardroom or a business school. It was built from 20 years of watching execution break down inside real organizations — and developing the systems to fix it.
Why Clearsignal Exists
After two decades leading GTM organizations across every stage of company growth — from $1M ARR startups to $55B enterprises — one pattern became impossible to ignore.
The strategy was almost never the problem.
In organization after organization, strategy was sound, intent was clear, and talent was present. Leadership teams were aligned. Kickoffs were energizing. Playbooks were written.
And then execution broke down anyway.
Not dramatically — not all at once. It eroded. Quietly, incrementally, in the space between what leadership intended and what actually happened in the field. Missed handoffs. Inconsistent coaching. Forecasts that reflected optimism rather than reality. Initiatives that launched with momentum and stalled by Q2.
The root cause was almost always the same: no one had designed the execution system. Standards were implied rather than explicit. Reinforcement was inconsistent. Operating rhythms were built around reporting, not decisions. And by the time leadership saw it in the number, months of momentum had already been lost.
ClearSignal was built to solve that problem — by installing the execution systems that make GTM strategy hold under pressure, at every level of the organization.
What We Believe
Every ClearSignal engagement is built on four principles. They are not aspirational. They are operational.
The four beliefs:
Execution must be designed. It does not emerge from effort, talent, or good intentions. It emerges from deliberate standards, reinforcement systems, and operating rhythms that are built to hold under pressure — not hoped into existence.
Leaders set the signal. Execution culture is not defined by what leaders say in kickoffs or strategy documents. It is defined by what leaders ask about, what they tolerate, and what they reinforce consistently — every week, regardless of what else is happening.
Reinforcement drives results. Standards without reinforcement are suggestions. The organizations that execute consistently are the ones that have built the mechanisms — coaching cadences, inspection rhythms, accountability systems — that make standards real in daily behavior.
Tools don't fix systems. Systems fix tools. Technology amplifies execution. It does not create it. Until the execution system is designed and functioning, every tool investment produces faster, more visible inconsistency — not better results.

Her experience includes:
Hewlett Packard — 18 years as VP of Channel Partners inside a $55B global GTM organization.
Miller Heiman Group / Korn Ferry — VP of Sales and GTM consulting, working alongside enterprise organizations on compensation design, org design, and sales competency frameworks.
Sandler — VP of Customer Success, VP of Partnerships, and SVP of Sales across one of the most widely deployed sales performance organizations in the world.
Emissary — VP of Sales at a $1M ARR SaaS startup, building the GTM motion from the ground up.
Mews — Global VP of GTM Productivity and Enablement, leading execution and enablement infrastructure for a $25M ARR SaaS company scaling globally.
Across every role the same pattern emerged — strategy was sound, intent was clear, and execution broke down anyway. ClearSignal is the answer to that pattern.
